Threefold Café manager Jesse Webster is a New Zealander and Green Meadow Waldorf School parent whose career in restaurants and wine & beverage management has ranged from New Zealand to Washington State to New York City. Jesse moved to the Threefold community with his wife, Niki Falanga (Green Meadow class of 1998) and their kids in 2015, and not long after took the helm of Threefold Café.
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, chef Jennifer Litwin worked at Oceana Restaurant in St. Thomas, USVI, where her work with local farmers shaped her menu development. She continued pursuing her passion for local ingredients at Peninsula Grill and Sea Island Savory Herb Farm in Charleston, SC, and was opening Sous Chef at Quality Meats, Miami before moving north to run the Threefold Café kitchen.
